Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in SCOS constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. No device deployment, training enrollment, certification tracking, or financial interaction may occur outside these governing terms.

2. Scope of Governance

SCOS does not replace independent clinical judgement. Clinical responsibility remains with licensed professionals.

SCOS operates through proprietary digital infrastructure forming an integral component of its governance framework. System architecture, operational doctrine, automation governance, reconciliation logic, data structures, integration methodologies, and implementation strategies constitute protected intellectual property of SonoFront Medical Systems.

No participant or third party may reverse engineer, replicate, inspect, or derive internal system logic or structure. All rights remain exclusively vested in SonoFront Medical Systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

SCOS provides governance and operational coordination. Clinical decision-making remains solely the responsibility of licensed clinicians. SonoFront Medical Systems shall not be liable for independent clinical judgement or misuse outside approved governance structures.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall undergo structured internal review. Where unresolved, arbitration within Nigeria shall apply unless otherwise contractually agreed.
